Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By installing or using TOMS PROGRAM ("the Service"), operated by dontgetgot ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you're installing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. What the Service Does
TOMS PROGRAM is a Slack application that delivers weekly security awareness stories to a channel in your Slack workspace. It also tracks aggregate emoji reactions (without identifying individual users) and provides monthly engagement reports.
3. Subscription & Billing
- The Service is billed monthly at the rate displayed on our pricing page
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
5. Intellectual Property
All stories, content, branding, and code are the property of dontgetgot. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to receive and view the content within your Slack workspace.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect the minimum data needed to operate, we do not track individual users, and we do not sell your data.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for missed story deliveries or temporary outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, dontgetgot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
- By you: Cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe or by contacting us
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practical
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
